Next Gen learn from Family Business Leaders

A number of our BOYCE Family Office team attended the Family Business Australia Victorian Insights Conference for 2018 where they heard from some of Australia's leading family businesses. The day was facilitated by BOYCE Family Office Director, Richard Boyce.

The theme for this years event was "From Good to Great Businesses" and we heard stories that show family business comes with unique challenges but outstanding rewards and joy.

David Parkin was the key note speaker and our BFO Next Gen, Emily Boyce, said "he told us that great leaders influence, inspire and support but motivation comes from within and we are proud to say that we are influenced, inspired and supported by our family and all of those involved in our business". He encouraged our Next Gen to care about people beyond someones ability to do their job and to go out and engage, teach, coach and support those around them.
